The 7000 nerve endings in the feet are stimulated to send healing messages along the meridians to the corresponding organs, glands, and body systems. You can opt for a general session addressing all the body systems as well as specific concerns you may have, or a one hour lymphatic drainage reflexology session which is highly beneficial for those dealing with inflammation or lymphedema.  The one-hour session is practiced in a relaxing and safe space, and you remain fully clothed. It includes a full foot reflexology session finishing with an aromatherapy foot massage.
